Front Squat:
bar x 10
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 5
365 x 5
405 x 5 x 2

Bench:
bar x 10
135 x 10
225 x 5
315 x 5
365 x 5 x 2

Good Mournings:
3 x 10

Pull-Ups:
3 x 10

So back in the gym after a deload and throwing front squats in the mix was tough.  I will be better next week.

I go in the mail the beginnings of my NEW gear for the year.  I am switching shoes.  I have decided to go with High Jump Shoes.  They are same cleat pattern as Jav boots but much lighter, stiffer, and low top.  Plus they look BAD ASS.  I also got in some socks but they are not the exact color I want so the hunt continues.

  1. What events are you planning on wearing those shoes for? I am also really struggling with footwear(among other things).

  3. Oh...I have often wondered about cleated type shoes for the WFD events. I just figured I would break my ankle though. HAHA! I appreciate your blog big guy!

  4. This is the same reason that I have gone with the footwear that I am using. Since it has spikes they grip the ground but will turn pretty freely. I noticed an imediate difference when I switched to spikes from cleats I was using.
