So today I did some more conditioning and stretching. Things are feeling good. I have a spot on my left ankle that doesn't move much due to scar tissue so I am trying to work that thing free.
ANYWAYS....
Standard warm-up:
added more jump rope and spin bike.
Prowler: +90lbs
10 sprints AFAP (as fast as possible)
total time 8:46
rode spin bike for 10 min to cool down
more stretching.
